What's the story with doctors in Madrid...?

Hi,

I'm an Irish student studying in Madrid for a year and was wondering what the story is with visiting doctors over here. I've got a mole on my neck that I don't like the look of and it's been bothering me for a while.
I have the European Health Insurance Card and I am also registered for a Social Security number over here. I speak fairly fluent Spanish but would prefer to visit an English speaking doctor, because obviously it's something that I need to understand completely...
Could anyone recommend any good English-speaking doctors over here that would be free to visit? I'm trying to pay for everything myself by teaching English lessons and I really don't have the money to splash out on a private doctor!

You can start with the Expat Guide to Madrid that has a section on doctors. The European Health Insurance Card may be of use, although it is intended for people just visiting a country.

Anyone else have personal recommendations?
