Hello People, i want to find out if i can apply for a visit visa to see my wife in the uk next month. I was refused a spouse visa on may 19th and i am aware that appeals take forever these days, its my wife's birthday next month and i know that inspite of the appeal still going on, i would most likely be unable to join her on her birthday. so i want to know if while my appeal is going on, i can go on and apply for a vist visa to be with her for that period since i have not set my eyes on her since the 11th of february and its the first birthday i will be marking with her since i met and married her.
