hi there,
i m from pakistan and my gf is going to invite me to visit poland . she is planning that we will get marry during my visit visa. i just want to know can i marry in poland during visit if yes then my status will change in poland or i have 2 come back to get spouse visa. last question if we get marry can i travel to uk as her spouse .

Not as easy as you think. First of all, getting married in Poland is a very lengthy and complicated process with a lot of beurocracy involved. You can get married in Poland on visit visa but that should be for at least six months if you want to be on the safe side.

Also, you can change your status from visit visa to spouse visa, you don't have to go back to Pakistan to re-apply but you need to apply minimum two months before your visit visa expires otherwise you will not be allowed to.

And no, you can't travel to UK just because you are married to a Polish citizen. Your wife must be in the UK or travelling with you and you must also get an EEA Family Permit.

can u plz tell me how it is lenthy coz my gf told me that i have 2 send her authrization from my government that i m not married then she will book our appointment to marriage registerar after 31days she told me that we can get marry plz tell me wat to do she applied 3 months visit 4 me .wat document should i have 4 visit visa to get visa

Its lengthy because, as I said, there is a lot of beurocracy involved. Remember the Polish government offices are the same as in Pakistan. They will keep creating a lot of stupid problems for you. Just mentally be ready if you have decided to get married in Poland.
