Hello,
I will really like precious advice of all fellows on this . the thing is im permanent resident of croatia(new member state)) and i will really like to move to united kingdom but im permanent resident and not citizen so i guess i dont have same rights of movement in eu but i have heard soon Eu parliament may pass law and allow permanent resident of member coutries to work in other eu countries just like member states citizens, Is this True? if yes, can you tell me how early this law will be be in action.i hope to see lot of advices and replies

Croatia is not in EU !
