Does anyone know how the US Tax Revenue will consider the revenue from a Loi Robien investment ?

Basically, I have two appartment,. One being a Robien. Both being rented but using the Robien Tax Credit, the total real estate revenue is equal to Zero.

In France the tax will be Zero, but I do not know wether the US will recognize that the overall amount renting ammount is Zero or if they will just add-up the two monthly rental.

    Thanks for your help
