Hello Dear Members,

I am applying for EEA2 tomorrow but last minute browsing made me worried as many people have applied for eea2 and eea1 together. so i thought that may be i need to provide some extra documents to prove that she is exercising her teaty rights or apply for eea1 aswell, but i want to submit my application as quick as possible as my PSW is expiring on 14th Oct . i just want to make sure that all the documents i am attaching would be sufficient enough. My wife is from poland and working in uk continously from january 2005. On the employment section of form eea2, we filled employment start date as 12-01-2009, which is her second job start date and i am attaching all documents related to her second job

The list of documents attached are

1 Letter from employer confirming employment
1 contract of employment (Contract started date is 12-01-2009)
3 most recemt payslips
1 Marriage certificate
passports and pictures
