    A very tricky one this.
    The returning ex-pat can be a very unpopular guy (or gal).
    I know of someone who is quite likely, through no fault of their own, to door-step the UK DSS.
    He has a small military disability pension but only a few years NI contributions in this country over the last 35 years. Personally I doubt very much that he would be able to claim the Minimum Income Guarantee, or equivalent.
    Has anyone seen the like before?
