Hi

I came to UK on student visa. In march 2012 I applied for PSW tier 1 visa. My visa was declined and was given a chance to appeal in September 2012. I have sent my application. Meanwhile I was in a relationship with a Lithuanian girl from October 2011. I got married with her recently in October 2012. I am pretty sure my appeal is going to be rejected. I do not want to waste any nerves as I has been worried about it from past 6 months.

I need an advice which category of visa should I apply so as I can live here. The details are as follows:

I am Indian
My wife is Lithuanian
I work Full time
She is in UK from 3.3 years as a student
she is going to finish her studies in June 2013
I do not wish to go to India for applying Visa
we both have EHIC
she can also take comprehensive sickness health insurance
we can also leave UK for long time or forever after she finish her studies

we really can not show any kind of funds !!!


We are so attached with each other that we cant even live without each other for 1 week


Please advice me. It will be really a great help. I can not afford a solicitor.
