    Hi,

Bit of a complication here, my grandma recently traveled to china from Britain and is planning to live there for a long period of time.

But the Chinese visa that I got her is about to expire. She does have a Chinese passport though.

Does she have to extend her visa, or can she leave it as she has a Chinese passport?

Would leaving the visa to expire cause complications when wanting to return to Britain?

    Many Thanks

If your grandma is has a PRC passport, she's a PRC citizen. PRC citizens have right of abode in the PRC. Why did she enter the PRC on a British passport?
