    Hello,

here's a question. My wife's EEA family permit has expired, her application for EEA2 is pending. We have taken her passport back and going to Maldives. Then we re-enter the UK, show all the evidence of EEA2 application. Do they have the reason to refuse the entry?

Home Office staff told me that she needs a clearance to enter the country, therefore, even airlines will refuse to take her as a passenger. I personally think that they have no reason to refuse the entry and as EU citizen I will be with here, living in the terminal like Tom Hanks :)

    Anyone had the experience?

    Thanks!
