    hi,
    I'd like to buy some property near Valencia but do not know much about the area.
    Does anybody know a good location outside of the city of Valencia , close to the coast ie 10 mins or so away from the beach but also semi rural ?
    I'd like to buy a 3 bedrooms villa close enough to the city, say about 25 mins or so. I guess I'm after an ex pats who live there or own there that could give me some advice,
