Ok none of you seemed able to answer my first question.

My fiance's visa to come to the UK was issued on Wednesday. It says on the website that it takes 5 working days to mail the documents to you. Do they do this automatically or is there something we have to do?

    Hello
I am sorry for disappointment regarding your earlier post. I didn't probably see it. Regarding recieving back your documents, I don't think you have do anything except waiting for them. The 5 working days limit is only a theory, in practice you should get them in a day or two
(depending on the postal service in your country) because the embassy dispatches the documents right on the day ( or the next day ) of decision.
    Wish you good luck.
