This post is to offer advice to all of you who are thinking about renting a holiday/short-term apartment or a business apartment in Barcelona. There are many websites to choose from so in order to ensure a quality service and product here are some guidelines:

1 - make sure that the companys name and company registration are posted in the contact and/or privacy statements

2 - make sure that the privacy statement is professionally done because you will be giving a lot of personal information

3 - make sure that the terms and conditions are posted

4 - make sure that the webiste details there security policy because they will most likely ask for a credit card

5 - make sure that there are pictures so that you know what you are renting

6 - Have FUN!!!
