good afternoon.
I have a question regarding the UK spouse visa process. I am a British student living in Colombia. I met my partner here and he is colombian. We plan to marry this year and apply for a spouse visa to go to the UK together so that I can finish my studies.
Although I think we fulfill every requirement of the spouse visa application, I am worried that because I am a student, I will not be considered a suitable sponser as won´t be able to supply payslips to show that we will not access public funds.
I wonder if anyone has had a similar experience? What is the view on "student sponsers" of spouses?

Your being student is irrelevant neither you need any payslips - as long as you can show you have enough money to support yourselves plus adequate accomodation.
