hi there!!
well i'm nepali citizen & living in india, my wife is from romania(eu now).
so my Question is ,that we are looking farward to visit my brother in france soon. so as my wife is romenian (eu) .
& as a spouse of eu citizen, can i get visa for france for free & without any spl requermants, as its explained...or it won't apply for romenia as its new member state.
& do i need to register my marrige in romenian embessy(i have marriage certificate from india).
pls help.

You need a visa and it should be issued free of charge.
You have to present the wedding certificate and her passport, plus an insurance.
No income requirement.

If you have a problem getting the French visa, do apply for one at the Dutch embassy, stating you are going to visit The Netherlands with your wife. If they refuse, I can help you out as a lawyer with a practice in The Netherlands..

There should not be any problem for you to get a visa for 90 days, multiple entry.
