    Hi guys,

    This forum is absolutelly brilliant!
I was visiting the ukresident one before, but noone could really help with my situation as it's all rather about british citizens.

My situation, I am from one of the A8 countries, registered on WRS and my husband (getting married in a week!!!!) is from Nigeria.
The thing is, he has visitor's visa valid till end of July 2008, but he stayed longer than 6months....which I suppose makes him an overstayer...

anyway, my question is, after we get married and send off the FMRS application...what do you think will happen?

will it take about 6months to get the residence stamp or do you think there might be any problems with this cause he overstayed his visitors visa...

i would really appreciate your help guys

    Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
