Residence permit questions

Hi

I'm chinese guy in poland, i don't have a legal residence permit in poland for about 10 months, right now i will get married with a Polish girl. I come to poland in 2010 with a student visa but from 2011,March, I don't have any legal residence permit in poland.

my questions are:

1.Will I get a residence permit after I get documents marriage from immigration office?

2.How long will it takes and what kind of visa or permit card I will get?

3.Is that possible to get a residence permit allow me return to china and back to poland?

If you manage to get married, you can be issued with the temporary residence permit for one year which you can renew later. Be ready for a long painful process though. Polish beaurocracy reminds one of Soviet Union !
