    hi ya

i applied for residence card,eea2 on the 22 of august,as a step daughter of dutch national who is residing here in the uk along with my mother and im 20 years old, before i was here as married to dutch national but now we are divorced so i applied for new eea2 as family member of my step dad and im living with him and my mum!

the home office sent me on the 4th of december so thats after 4 months saying that they want my divorcment certificate, and proof that im residing at the moment in the u.k by submiting NHS cards, bank statments.and asked what im doing in the u.k like work or studying....and my mum's passport, and the full name of my divorced husband and where is he at the moment.so i sent back my NHS CARD AND MOST RECENT BANK STATMENTS,and proof from the open university that im a student and at themoment on course, but isnt it strange what they are asking me for??they didnt ask my mother when she applied with my step dad for such of proofs nor me when i applied before depending on my husband!

so i would like to know if anyone has any idea about that!

    thanx
