    Just wondering if anyone can answer a general question about a Tier 5 Visa application (religious worker). A family member has been accepted into a training program in the UK for missionaries. They are 17 years old now, but when they travel they will be 18. We've been told the online Tier 5 application is easy, but my family mbr is having problems with it. My questions if anyone knows are:
    -Can the online application be completed prior to the individual turning 18?
    -If not, are there any ways to work around this?
    We don't live near a big city with a consulate office. If we have to wait till they turn 18, we'll going to be buying a ticket at the last minute.

    If you are given permission to stay as a religious worker, you will be able to live and work in the UK for a maximum time of 24 months, or the time given in your certificate of sponsorship plus 28 days, whichever is shorter (beginning no more than 14 days before the start date given on your certificate of sponsorship).
    If you would like to come to the UK for longer you should see the minister of religion category of tier 2 of our points-based system to work in the UK.
