    Hello and welcome to EasyExpat.com!

Shopping is an Olympic sport for some people, while others just need tips on where to find common goods in the UK. Do you like to shop? What is your favorite part of shopping in the UK? What is the worst part? Where are your favorite shopping malls or boutiques?

What should new expats know about finding products in the UK? What did you find confusing to find when you moved aboard? Is there a special item you are still looking for?

Where is the best place to shop for groceries? Do you shop online or ship items from abroad?

Thank you for sharing your experience!

    Hello,
As we know, London has several distinct retail districts and shopping streets, many of which have their own themes or specialities.
The heart of London shopping, bustling Oxford Street has more than 300 shops, designer outlets and landmark stores.
Glasgow offers the best shopping to be found in Scotland.
Manchester now provides an eclectic mix of high street, designer and independent retailers, as well as a large number of department stores, all within walking distance of each other.
Cardiff is the main shopping city in Wales and has a new shopping centre (St Davids - Dewi Sant) which is home to big names such as A pple, Hollister and Monsoon, as well as department stores such as John Lewis and Marks and Spencer.

Few more shopping area in London such as Bond Street and Mayfair, Westfield London, Carnaby Street, Covent Garden. I love all of these and visit every weekend in such shopping area with my friends.

Many thanks for you tips, james_harrison.
I've just edited your message and put in bold the different cities, so it reads better.
Yes Westfield has become a "must" in London recently.

(PS: BTW, why is your IP address you are posting from based in Punjab/India ? )
