Hi,

Been going through a lot of forums and havent really found anything on the situation I am in.

1- I am a Pakistani Citizen living in the UK since last three years and employed full time.
2- Married an EAA member last week who has recently moved to the UK. She is employed full time as well.

My visa is expiring at the end of this year thus I need to start preparing my documents and apply for my application. Most of the discussions online are regarding non EAA member who are not in the UK while in my case I have already been living in the UK for a while.

Want to know what would be our eligibility criteria? Can I get a family / spouse permit to continue living in the UK?

I am sure I would have many other questions but to keep the thread short and to the point, I am only asking the most relevant questions and kick start my preparation.

I am on a PSW visa. I didnt know if I had more options than one. I thought I only could apply for a dependent visa? Spouse Visa? a family visa? Or is it all the same?

What are my best options?
