    Hello. My sister is a naturalized citizen of France. She is 34 and I am 25. Can I move to france from Japan? What kind of documents I am eligible for? Can she sponsor me for a permanent residence card what so ever as it happens in US? Urgent help is very needed/

    We recently posted an article that could be a help to you,
    "Obtaining a Visa to Live, Study and Work in: Schengen Area"

    As you are not a dependent and don't fit into the other categories, I don't think you can apply on her visa directly, but she may act as a sponsor for the other types of visa: http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/Lex ... 098:EN:NOT . Does anyone have experience with this?
