    I'm a non eea family member, my wife is a eu national i have been working now 5years in uk but my wife she didn't work, she take care of the children.my question is after 5years of Family permit im i aligible for parmanet recdence ore is a chanse that im not aligbl cus my wife hasent been working.

    I believe you would need to apply for ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain). It appears that you would be a good candidate provided you are able to provide the necessary documentation. The UK Border Agency provides information concerning this.

    Has anyone else been in this situation? Any advice?

    As long as one is working and can be documented, i.e. employment certificate, P60s, payslips, etc, then your wife does not need to be in employment for you to apply for the ILR.
