    hello everyone.
    its the 1st time im using this site. well the problem is that im a french national and i've been living in uk since 1998.i got married in pakistan in august 2009. i need to aplly for my wifes visa and thats where im stuck because whenever you ask someone they always give you different answers so i dont know what to do now?
    i want to know if i should apply for a eea family permit or for a uk spouse visa?
    my passport is french but with my english adress on as i got it renewed in london about 7 years ago.i have got a job and im living at home with my parents.
    could anyone plz help me with some advice about what to do?

    Hi,i'm here to tell you coz my case was EEA FP. i'm Pakistani national my wife from Poland.
    my EEA FP was refused 2 time any way it was long store.
    1st you have to proof alots of documents.
    could you tell me where you get marrige ? Pakistan And UK?
    Where is Your Wife? In Pakistan Or In UK?

    my wife is in pakistan and im in uk. why did you get yours refused

    Immigration Minister Damian Green has today announced that the Worker Registration Scheme will close on 30 April 2011.
    The Worker Registration Scheme is a transitional scheme, which was introduced in 2004 when the following countries (known as the 'A8' countries) joined the European Union:
    Czech Republic
    Estonia
    Hungary
    Latvia
    Lithuania
    Poland
    Slovakia
    Slovenia
