    Hi!

I live in Belgium and soon, i will have a job interview in a new company and with this company, I'll work in UK but before the interview, I would like to know: what wage + advantages can ask an expat compared to a worker who works in Belgium? Example: in Belgium, a worker like me can win: 2800€/month, car society + fuel card, hospital insurance, phone, ...

    Thanks in advance!

It depends on the sector, the type of job,...etc. You have here a cost of living comparison tool.
But contrary to Germany or Belgium where company cars (for example) are very frequent, this is not the same in the UK.
For things related to benefits, you can read our guide for expats in London.

In fact, my real question is not only for UK but for all countries (but the country where i'll work will be UK). Normally, if we live in a country and the company asks us to work in an other country, we can ask a bigger wage (or more advantages) than an other worker.
That's why, i need an answer from a person who already to worked for a company which is in his country but which has branches in different countries and this company sent the worker in one of her branches.

    I don't know if it's clear

    Thaaaanks!

PS: if i made mistakes in my message, tell me! I'm learning English for the moment :D

Oh, if you stay in the same company but you move to be relocated in one of their branch abroad this is another matter. In this case the company will calculate an equivalent salary and will also very often provide an "expat package" such as school fees for kids, acommodation (or some sort of accommodation allowance), health insurance...etc.
