✎ EN My permit is running out.Can I travel abroad before deadline

    Hi.
    I am from Estonia my husband is from Ukraine. We received Residential Stamp 31/03/2010. His Stamp is valid until 31/03/2011. We want to travel to Estonia to visit my parents for a week time. My question is can we leave England 12/02/2011 and come back 20/02/2011 ( just one month his permit is run out). Will I have any problems at the airport coming back from Estonia?

    I don't think so. As long as he is traveling together with you, it should be fine.
