    For getting the fiancé visa:

    My English girlfriend and I (non E.U) thinking to get marry in England.

    As well in about 6 month my girlfriend will start university studies and climb public funds.

    So how bad is it?

    claiming public funds is a bad thing when trying to get the fiance visa.. but does it the same when its claims as a student?
