    Good Day,

Could you please advice how to go about getting my son-in-law passport's/ID prior to applying for PR. Is it feasible to inform HO about my daughter's new home address
or wait until the time of applying for PR.

Can we take legal help in this matter. Please advice.

    Thank you

    Eliza

    Good Day,

My daughter an India married French National in India in 2006 and entered u.k in Sept, 2006. Both holding good jobs in London and owe leased property. They seperated in Jan 2010 after having issues with in-laws. My daughter underwent extreme mental torture verbally in spite of doing all the domestic chores prior and after office. She had to hand over her full salary to her husband all these years. She is a highly educated girl and had fantastic job in India which she had to resign when her marriage was fixed. This marriage was a big disaster.

Now that she is staying seperate and still married how can she apply for PR in August 2011
without her husband's original passport and ID. Can she inform HO about her change of address? She has RC till July 2012. You have stated in the forums that PR is automatic for spouse of EEA. If that is the case she may have to submit her husband's passport/ID in original at the time of naturalisation for BC. How can she get his original documents?
    Please advice & help.

    Regards

    Eliza
