Hi there, i waswondering if you can afvise me on my situation. My partner has been granted refugee status in the uk. Only problem is he claimed asylum under a false name in a panick as he had messed up his student visa. He is a libyan citizen. Is there anyway we can resolve this matter without him being banned from uk? Me going to libya is defo not an option for religious and family health reasons. We will one day marry but obviously it would be nice to not have to live alie forever. I am a very honest person and this disturbs me everyday but the thought of losing my partner is unbearable. Is there anything we can do?
