    she has not been here long enough to qualify for residence or for fiance visa.... best option for u is tourist visa so u can come and stay with her for 6 months (but no work or marriage allowed)... i am sorry to say the laws here r getting more and more difficult and u probably will get refused a visa if she is not settled (here for enough time)...

    these visas driving me crazy in fact,
    well, as for the tourist visa, she could invite me with no permeint residence and i dont have work which means i cant show them the last 6 month bank statement and last 6 month wage slips, but can my girl be a sponsor and we use her documents for the tourist visa?

    you can do fiancé visa or visite visa but i think wil be very dificult but try
    i dont want make you loos hope but try
    why you dont get maried?and aks for FM
