Hi my partner is from Libya. He came over as a student but messed it up and eneded up being caught working illegally. In a panic he claimed for asylum under a false name. He was refused and has his appeal tomorrow? I think our lawyer is going to go down road of our relationship to try keep him here. Does anyone know if my boyfriend would get back into the country if he admitted this deception. We want to get married but don't. Want to rush it unless we need to! Help please

 

Yes well marriage is something we want anyway just prefer it to be later for financial reasons ect. Will there be any problems getting back in as my spouse? Will there be long delays due to deception for entry clearance? Thanks for information it it appreciated!
