    Dear sir/madam,

my name is edo santek and i am currently writing my master's thesis at the university of amsterdam.
For this thesis, i am exploring the effect of descent on the ability of expatriate managers to adjust to the foreign country when sent on an assignment abroad. More specifically, i am testing whether managers who are immigrants in the country in which they permanently reside, adjust better when sent on an assignment abroad. This could be the case because of the experience that immigrants have on dealing with different cultures.
For my research i need people who are currently working in a foreign country to fill in a questionnaire about their descent and their adjustment to the country in which they currently live and work. Therefore i would like to ask people who fall in this category to help my research by filling in my questionnaire.
The questionnaire can be found through the following link: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/dt7z8jj . It will take about 10-15 minutes of your time.
After finishing my research i will post the final results on this forum.
    Thanks in advance!

    Sincerely,
    edo santek.

Have you received many responses for your survey? It sounds like an interesting study. I would also be interested in reading even some results, even before you finish the thesis.
