✎ EN Worker Registration Sceme and Eea

    Hello, well i have problem im not sure im eea my husband not and we fill application for him well he was already in england and i work about 1month, but i was not informed i need worker registration scheme so i work in my job almost 12months and just when whey told me i need it but my id card in home office. So i read in this forum , absolutely to fill application i need have worker registration scheme and work 12 months in one place so what is happen i loose my job, and my husband working at the moment. I get back my id card but im still find nothing, what i suppose to do? Or everything is fine or i need start to worry? :) thank you

    As far as I understood your question, your husband is not able to apply for EEA2 unless you spend 12 months working under WRS and get your registration certificate. You can of course, in the meanwhile, apply for FMRS for him which is issued for one year.

    If you get your WRS registration and you change/loose your job, you will have to re-register with your new employer but you don't loose the time you have spent with your previous employer towards counting the 12 months.

    But our application is still in home office, whey not refuse it. Im just thinking maybe if he is working application its still strong ? Or we suppose to get it back all application and try again. ?thank you :) this forum help me before :) im really happy people can talk and ask.
