    Does anyone can please help me, Does the Resideancy card allows u to travell and work across EU? waiting for my Residancy card from HO.

    Are you talking about EEA2 ? the answer is No. It doesn't entitle you to work anywhere outside UK, neither does it gurantee visa free travel to any other country.

    so u mean EEA2 does not allow me to travel even with in EU or to my spouse country poland?

    Yes thats correct. For Poland you definitely need visa. For other EU countries, theoratically you CAN travel ( only for visit, not for any other purpose ) but practically, not possible. You wouldn't be required to pay the visa fee though.
