✎ EN Problem With Eea2 As Passport Has Too Many Digits

    In eea2 app how to fill up section 1.7 (passport or indentity number) as they only provide 10 boxes and my wife's passport number has 11 digits (she is a mexican national). Should we attached a covering letter explaing that. We have tried to call them many times but it seems impossible to get through. Please help!.

    Yes. Write down the complete passport number and put a cover letter to explain.
