Hello, i am a kenyan with a daughter and i am married to a briton.i am currently living in the usa. We have been married for one year and two months. The first time we applied for a uk visa we were denied because we were new at this and so we missed a few documents and we were denied a visa. We need to apply again because the back and forth travel for my husband is becoming hectic especially because of his job and we are spending too much on the tickets and having to pay bills for 2 homes. How do i go about applying for an entry clearance and which visa should we apply for and which visa do i apply for my daughter who is an american citizen? Do i do long term visit or what? Please help with this since my husband and i are loosing so much sleep over this and we do not want to go wrong again since it costs so much money.
