✎ EN Self Sufficient in Eea. Advice Needed Please!

    Good evening!
    I applied my eea2 and together with my husbands eea1 applications.
    We applied them as my husband self sufficient.i am non-eea have full time work...we relaying only on my wages( 800-1000 per months).we have no savings. My husband lost his job...so we receive refuse letter before and now we make new fresh application.

    I know we have to send to ho:
    1.comprehensive health cover for both of us.( aviva)
    2. My contract, payslips.
    3.bank statements( only my???)

    do we have chance at all ?????do anyone know is my wages will be enough for them???
    We do not take any public funds.
    Any advice ????? Any more documents i have to provide????

    How come your husband lost his job if he was self-sufficient on the basis of your working ?
    You need to clarify the question.

    In any case, you need to remember that the most important thing you would need to prove is that your husband is/has been exercising his treaty rights.
