    Hi,
i'm a canadian currently living in denmark with my uk girlfriend. we want to go to england and get married, but i need to know if i can get entry clearence from the consulate here in copenhagen. we have been together for 3 1/2 years so theres no problem there, and i have lived in the uk for 2 years previously. we have plenty of documentation to support our claims, just don't want to have to go home if i don't have to. any info on this would be most appreciated. cheers

You don't have to go home to apply for visa. You can apply from Copenheagen. Either for EEA Family Permit or Unmarried Spouse visa - whichever you prefer.

    Good luck
