    Hi to everyone,

I am a UK citizen who has been married to a Chinese lady who has been in the UK for just under two years, I am now applying for Indefinate Leave to Remain using form SET (M). My problem is there is a question on the form I am not too sure about. In section 1 question 1.4 it asks for her full name as is it on her passport which is her maiden name, the next question 1.5 asks for her surname or family name. So is that her married name or the name on her passport which is her maiden name. I would give grateful if anyone can shed any light on this.

    Thanks,
    Pete.

Thanks for that, just a couple more questions if thats ok,

just to confirm on question 1.5 which asks for her family name or surname, I put her maiden name or name on her passport which is the same, question 1.6 asks if if she is known by any other names, then do I put her married name,. sorry for the questions but I need to be sure.

    Thanks,
    Pete.
