Your past immigration history is irrelevant.

You were deported/removed from UK earlier when you were a non-EEA national. If you would use your non-EEA passport to apply for a visa to UK which comes under UK immigration rules for example student, visit etc, then they will take into account your deportation in the past.

However, if you apply for a visa under EU rules i.e. an EEA Family Permit, your deportation or any other past history would not be taken into account because they are only under UK rules.

If however you become an EU citizen, thats a totally new story then. What immigration breaches you have had under your previous citizenship have nothing to do with your new citizenship.

    Re: thanks alot

Their refusal of EEA Family Permit on the grounds of your previous immigration history was AGAINST the law and a breach of your rights. You should have complained against it to the European Commission.
