    What would be the best way to get the EEA Family Permit for myself as the spouse of an EEA national? I apply at the British Embassy here in Finland before we move, or we move and I apply for the EEA family permit there in UK (London)

    You can apply for EEA FP in Finland ONLY since there is no in-country application for it once you are in UK.
