    hey guys..me and my wife are in a bit of trouble about getting a U.K visa for me..We got married in turkey with wedding and everything.she is a spanish citizen with Uk residency at the moment.now we want to go to spain for xmas and couldn t get any info as to whether i could apply my eea visa for uk in spain..rite now we are in turkey and there is nobody to consult to..and they charge 14 dollars for visa call centre.if anyone could help us we would be more than happy..thank you already..

    You can of course apply for EEA Family Permit from Spain and it will be much easier than getting one in Turkey because inside the EU, its relatively hassle free. You need to remember that your visa for Spain should be for at least 3 months. I don't know the exact length but the UK embassy will not accept your application if your visa for the EU member country you are in
    ( i.e. Spain in your case ), is valid only for a short term so I would advise you get a Spanish visa valid for at least three months to be on the safe side.
