    :x 2 YEARS WATING TIME FOR MY EEA2 AND NOW I HAVE GOT IT WHAT ABOUT THIS 2 YEARS WATING THE DELAY OF MY EEA2 MY ILR .PR DELAY. 2 YEARS BY DOING THAT IS THERE IS ANY THINK I CAN DO TO GET PR SOONER THEN THEY SAID , THANX :confused: HOME OFFICE DEALYING MY EEA2 FOR 2 YEARS AND NOW I SHOULD WATING 5 YEARS FOR PR RATHER 3 YEARS IF THEY DIDNT MAKE ME WATING 2 YEARS TO GIT THE RC THERE ANY THINK I CAN DO AGAIN TO MAKE SURE THAT I CAN APPLY FOR MY PR BY THE END OF 2012 RATHER 2014 THANX LET ME KNOW

    The Residence card is just a confirmation of the right you already have as per family member of an EEA National, as such your residence right under EU Law starts as soon as you got married, as long as your partner is exercising her/his treaty right. Therefore you may apply for PR in 2012 and not 2014.
