    Hello all,

Well it doesn't seem like two years ago when I was last here but it is. The last time I was here it was to ask for information on the Fiancee and Marriage visas and the members of this site were fantastic at providing information.

To cut a long story short, I am a British male and I've been married to an American woman for two years now. She has been employed through that period.

We have now decided that America is the country where we should be living. Being that we are already married I'm not sure what I have to do, to gain legal status in the USA.

Any advice or links you could provide would be greatly appreciated:

I will check back here also.

    Kind regards,

    Steven

    Petition for Alien Relative I-130

Is that the form we need to complete? Would that allow me to work in the USA?
