Hello there!!

I applied in British embassy in Helsinki, February 09 for Family Permit, to go to Uk with my wife who is Finnish and I'm from Kosovo, but they refused me stating that my wife is not exercising her treaty rights, since she is in Finland, but we want to go first as self-sufficient there and then find jobs,

since EU law says that I can either travel with her there or join her there if she was there, but we want to go together there as self-sufficient as I said. I didn't appeal, cos it takes time, but I am applying again there. So what's y opinion, any help please, what should I do about it?
