    Hello All,
I am Mexican married for 4 years with a French national.
We arrived to the UK together 4 months ago.
I entered into the UK with a 6 months family permit visa.
I need to extend my 6 month visa but I don't know if I should use the EEA2 or the FLR (M) ?
Can I apply for it in person at the Public Enquiry Office in Glasgow?

    Thanks a lot

    Josuemo

You need to use form EEA2. Unfortunately this has to be done by mail, and even more unfortunately it will take a long time (currently about 9 month, who know what it will be like for applications submitted now).

Although the form asks you to mail in both passports, I would just send a copy. The UKBA will contact you once the application is ready to be processed, and they will ask for the passports.
