    HELLO EVERYBODY

    I M in the uk , a non EU national married with an EEA national, i v got my eea family permit and now m planning to apply for the EEA2 , i have a question for this

    is it required from me to find a job before applying for EEA2 or my wife s job as an EEA national is enough for my application ?

    thanks u for bringing me some answers to make it clearer for me coz m really confused and lost

    Yes, that is sufficient, if the income is enough for both of you. Your employment status is irrelevant as long as the EEA citizen is exercising "treaty rights", which includes the right to work.
