please if someone can answer me !

i got an EEA family few months ago and i have only 3 weeks on it , so it ll expire very soon , the reason why i didn t go to the UK is because I have a judicial procedure with my employer that i need to attend

now m thinking to go to Warsaw to ask about a new EEA FAMILY permit to be able to have time to attend the judicial procedure and leave straight to the UK afterwards

so please can anybody tell me how long does the application in person in Poland can take ? some people said in the forum that it could be the same day or up to 3 days , can some one answer that , anyone did apply in person in Warsaw Embassy ? please answer me it s urgent
