Depending upon how long you have been together you could look at getting a defacto visa. I believe you need to have together for 2 years for this.
Alternatively your parter could get sponsored to stay here. She would need to have necessary skills and find an employer who is willing to do this, however usually if you offer to pay for it then the employer doesnt mind doing it. The other option is to get a student visa. Good luck
