I am Canadian, married to a U.K. citizen with dual U.K. and Canadian citizenship. We currently live in Canada. Although I can apply to live in the UK as a spouse of a UK citizen, this seems to take a long time. I am also eligible for an Ancestry Visa, based on the fact that my grandparents were born in the UK. This seems to be a shorter process. Does anyone know whether having a UK Ancestry Visa (which would allow me to work in the UK without a work permit) will allow me to work in other EU countries?

    Thanks

No it would not. If you and your spouse move to another EU country you would need to apply for a residence card (provided your spouse is exercising a treaty right there)
